Statewide non-profit Preservation Maryland seeks applicants for a paid Graphic Design Summer Internship position through our Waxter Internship Program.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Graphic Design intern will work on special projects for the organization, including creating unique “build your own” templates of homes throughout history and other historic structures in Maryland. The end goal of this interactive project is to create templates and instructions that can be followed to construct historical street models of Maryland architecture.

Those studying graphic design with an interest in architecture and history are encouraged to apply. This is a remote position, with the option of in-person work Tuesday/Thursday at our Baltimore office.

Preservation Maryland will work with selected applicants to qualify for academic credit hours, intern requirements, and/or provide an hourly wage starting at $13.25/hour.
