Doors Open Baltimore

Baltimore, MD

Hosted by AIA Baltimore, Baltimore Architecture Foundation

Cost: $0

On October 6-7, 2018, the Baltimore Architecture Foundation, in partnership with AIA Baltimore, will present the fifth annual Doors Open Baltimore—a free citywide celebration of Baltimore’s architecture and neighborhoods. Over 60 buildings across the city will be open to explore as open houses and over 30 free guided tours and activities will be available.

This special annual event at the Steppingstone Museum features apple cider pressing & butter making, pumpkin painting, scarecrow making, hayrides, craft vendors, demonstrations of historical trades, live bluegrass music, food, kids activities and more.

Historic Ellicott City, Inc. announced the selection of its 32nd Annual Decorator Show House, Wilderness Farm. The annual event aims to preserve historic homes in the area for future generations, while also raising funds to support missions dedicated to the preservation and restoration of historic Howard County. This year’s Decorator Show House will benefit Ellicott City flood relief efforts.
