Revolving Fund Summit is a forum for community leaders across the country to learn about creative and entrepreneurial real estate development tools to leverage community revitalization.


With generous support from The 1772 Foundation, the Revolving Fund Summit will showcase non-traditional and creative approaches to community revitalization through implementing historic property redevelopment tools. Using Macon, Georgia – a leader in community revitalization for over 30 years – as a living case study for how these approaches can transform communities, attendees will be inspired to implement innovative revitalization strategies in your community and ensure preservation for future generations.

Special Guest speaker William Armstrong, a public historian specializing in military and industrial history and exhibit content development. He is the author of three books: Images of America: Maryland in World War I and Baltimore in World War II, and Images of Aviation: Marine Air Group 25 and SCAT.
