Spring is in the air, and there’s a lot to look forward to in Maryland! Through strong advocacy and hard-working legislators, the Maryland Heritage Structures Rehabilitation Tax Credit has been reauthorized for five years! It’s also the start of National Architecture Week and preservation events are popping up like crazy, including a collaboration with Pen & Quill in Baltimore to celebrate the old Chesapeake Restaurant, and stay tuned for an announcement of this years Best of Maryland awardees – in the meantime, get more information and your tickets for these events and many more at presmd.org/events.
